REMOTE & IN PERSON SESSIONS

I see Psychotherapy as a collaborative process, with you as the expert and me as a supportive guide. Together we will discover aspects of your past that may be playing a role in your present. We will identify old thought patterns and beliefs that may be expired and need an upgrade. We will gain a deeper understanding of who you truly are and who you want to be. Working with a somatic framework, you’ll learn to drop into the wisdom of the body to help guide the way. Together we will create a unique roadmap for you to come home to yourself. As a trauma specialist, I bring an eclectic approach stemming from somatic psychotherapy, neurobiology and trauma informed practices. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which are two powerful modalities I offer when working to release and resolve trauma. I am also a Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapist.

 

No matter the unique way we arrive there, my hope is to support you in finding safety and pleasure in being in your body and in the world. We begin where you are at, increasing your bandwidth and capacity to step most fully into where you are going.
